Being a libertarian is hard, in the world of
politics. On one hand, you've got the insipid little Democrats
calling you a "fence rider" for the Republican party. On the other
hand, you've got the Republicans bitching because you're to "sympathetic"
to the Democratic party. Unfortunately, this is what it's like in
the United States. Two major political parties who refuse to accept
that things aren't always "black or white." It doesn't have to be
"us or them." It can't be "completely right, or horribly wrong."
Which gets to the point of this piece.
I was bumping around on the internet today,
and I came across the picture you see here, to the right. It's not a
bad picture, artistically. Unfortunately, it depicts what is truly
horrible about our American political landscape.
No...I'm talking about those hateful, fucking
Democrats.
I consider the topic of politics to be a very
"adult" subject. It takes proper education (government schools
excluded), and a lot of wisdom. Wisdom that can only come from age
and experience. It's ironic that those two things do not seem to
apply to the Democratic party.
"Oh," you say, "so you are a Republican
after all!"
No. There are a lot of things wrong with
the Republican party. For one thing, they refuse to accept that we
have an immigration problem. They refuse to accept that we have a
problem with the tax laws. They have become too intoxicated with the
idea of "big government."
That aside...I may not like the Republican
party, but the Democrats have become a party of hateful, arrogant
jackholes. Their tactics have gone beyond good taste, and their
jealousy over the Republican party knows no bounds. No idea is too
low for them to stoop to, and this picture I found, represents the very
epitomy of their lack of intelligence.
How the hell can an adult of sound
intelligence compare Bush to Hitler? I mean...come on!
Hitler was a drug-addled dictator who openly hated Jews. Hated them
so much that he actively tried to exterminate their entire population.
He used his political power to abolish all the other German political
parties, so that he could become the very dictator we've all read in
history books. He had visions of European conquest and occupation,
purely for the benefit of Germany. Hitler was a truly evil man.
Now, instead of pumping Bush up, I'm going to
ask a few questions that really aren't that difficult to comprehend...
1) What country has George Bush invaded
with the intent of permanent occupation?
2) What religious denomination has Bush
attempted to eradicate?
3) Has Bush attempted to outlaw the
Democratic party (not a bad idea)
Stop with this Bush v. Hitler comparison!
You goddamn Democrats are making yourselves look more and more like little
jealous babies. If you wanna really know why your party lacks
credibility, look in a mirror for a change.
